MTT Center at Orenda

At the beginning of Medical Training Therapy, diagnostic tests are carried out and analyzed to determine the patient’s existing complaints, pain and problems. On the basis of the diagnostic results, therapy goals are defined on behalf of the patient and a training program is drawn up to address the relevant issues. MTT is working results oriented.

Components of the MTT training

  • Neuromuscular strength training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Coordination training
  • Mobility training
  • Functional training
  • Group training and classes

Medical Training Therapy is guided and monitored by specially trained therapists in a one-to-one setting and is regularly adapted according to how the patient is progressing.

Biofeedback Training: The MTT training at Orenda is carried out on the most modern rehabilitation training machines under biofeedback conditions: Through the training, the client constantly gets feedback about his performance and the neuromuscular system has to regulate the training effort according to the biofeedback.

Re-Test and evaluation
After a predetermined training period (usually 12-15 training sessions), a follow-up test is performed to evaluate the success of the treatment and derive important information for determining future key areas of the training therapy.
